Acuity were engaged by the Landlord to deliver the fit out for the tenant. We were faced with time and cost constraints and engaged Shape who had established a reputation for their delivery of one of the building owners fit out.
We sole sourced Shape and by working with Shape and the client within a short period of time we had agreed plan and finishes revisions to meet the budget and ensure there were no lead time issues.
This is one of many projects which we recommend sole sourcing a builder and engaging them at concept stage to ensure the works are design appropriate to meet budget and manage the lead times of finishes and furniture.
