Adam is a highly experienced real estate professional, gaining expertise throughout Australia over the last twenty years in the delivery of complex integrated development and workplace projects. During this time, Adam has acted for many of Australia’s top tier companies in the transformation of their workplaces, and is an extremely capable Project Director, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of every organisation.

Following a range of successful Director positions, including as Regional Director of Major Projects at CBRE, in 2019, Adam elected to establish Acuity Project Management, to enable him to focus on his passion of delivering outstanding service directly for his key clients. Adam is passionate about representing his clients’ best interests at all times and creating and delivering value throughout the entire project life cycle.

Elizabeth Nicholson

Director - Sydney

Elizabeth is a committed award-winning property professional with over 18 years of experience, leading the successful delivery of multi million-dollar projects across diverse industries. Elizabeth is a respected industry professional, who is motivated and client focused with a personal ethos aimed at providing exceptional client experiences and superior project outcomes.

She spent several years overseeing the three commercial towers of the $5B Melbourne Quarter precinct development, along with other large scale base building projects such as the rebuild of 20 Martin Place, Sydney. She has also led the Project Management of corporate workplaces including Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) at 727 Collins Street Melbourne, 180 Ann Street Brisbane and Darling Square Sydney.

Most recently Elizabeth has delivered national workplace projects for clients across the country delivering and overseeing major account

Tim Brosnan

Director - Brisbane

Tim is an experienced construction project and development manager with over 15 years’ industry experience. During his professional career he has managed and delivered projects of all types and scale from luxury villas to high-rise apartments, retail and shopping centres, to specialist commercial buildings and large scale fit out projects. With a keen eye for detail and based upon his estimating experience, Tim is focused upon delivering value for our clients. Perhaps a greater strength is his pragmatic approach to understand his clients’ functional requirements and ability to execute and deliver on them.

Tim is responsible for the delivery of projects for clients and is involved and accountable for all phases of the project development ranging from initial design phase through to completion of construction.

Tom Hall

Director - Sydney

Since entering the property industry in 2005, Tom has had the opportunity to work with multinational organisations on complex projects across Australia. With experience in the delivery of major integrated developments, critical environment facilities (Data Centres & Trading environments), corporate office accommodation, building recoveries, simultaneous multi-site roll out projects, health & medical facilities, childcare centres, civil subdivision projects along with restaurants & bars he is placed in an ideal position to manage and co-ordinate projects from inception to completion,

Prior to joining Acuity, Tom was employed by CBRE Project Management, where he led a major projects programme (circa $500m+) for a large financial institution delivering complex integrated developments, workplace, insurance & critical infrastructure projects. As a Director he was responsible for each project at the strategic level where his primary responsibility was for achieving the success, while also complying with the associated financial and administrative policies and regulations. He provided a single point of accountability to deliver projects in accordance with the project commitments make decisions regarding the projects direction as well as establishing the resource assignments and ensuring that the project is properly managed and resourced appropriately.

As part of his role with Acuity, Tom is accountable for all phases of the project development and is responsible for leading a team of consultants in developing and delivering all aspects of the project for the client. Tom has experience in all facets of construction including, but not limited to, the development of business cases, design management, procurement strategies, value management, risk analysis along with the day-to-day management of the project programme and financials.
Toms major project experiences brings a wealth of practical & learned knowledge associated with the management of long-term project objectives whilst supporting the delivery teams to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties.

Luke Ackland

Director - Gold Coast

Luke is an experienced construction project manager with over 15 years in the industry. During his professional career he has managed the delivery of projects across all project sectors, ranging from residentials apartments, retail, educational facilities, specialist commercial buildings and large scale fit out projects.

Luke excels in all facets of construction from inception to completion. He has been involved in projects across multiple industry sectors, with a strong emphasis in office fit out, commercial developments and education. Luke is responsible for the successful delivery of projects and is accountable for all phases of the project lifecycle ranging from preliminary feasibility, initial design phase through to construction. Some of his strengths include;

Luke’s range of project experience has fostered the development of the core skills necessary to successfully deliver projects in challenging environments. During Luke’s time working within the construction industry for both tenants and Landlords, he has acquired extensive experience in the design management, procurement, and delivery phases, enhancing his skills and understanding across all elements of the project.

Roy Tan

Project Director - Sydney

Roy has over 23 years of combined industry experience in architecture, construction, and project management.

Roy leads, facilitates, and aligns project teams in challenging projects with successful outcomes and positive client references. He has strong technical skills in commercial projects and past experiences across a wide spectrum of project typologies and client types.

Roy is a client-centric PM with architectural, contracts and procurement background. Roy injects value to projects from his experience in project management, construction management, design management and procurement management.

Roy is calm, methodical, focused and highly adaptable and is a team leader who practices the infinite mindset and develops a collaborative, high- performing attitude to obtain the best outcome for the project.

Roy is very meticulous in his approach and is a trusted advisor to his clients all the time. He brings stability to projects that require good governance and systems. His military background provides strong leadership and team building skills in extremely challenging situations.

Graham Grobler

Senior Project Manager

Graham is a Senior Project Manager with almost ten years’ experience in both development and project management and has been successful in contributing to the successful delivery of projects, considering time, costs and quality constraints. Graham has been involved in multiple significant workplace projects throughout Sydney, including ‘the Workplace of the Decade’, CBA’s Axle at South Eveleigh.

With 100,000m2 of innovative workplace across multiple buildings, the fitout project in Mirvac’s property represents CBA’s commitment to innovation and quality. Recently Graham has also been part of the team managing the build of Zurich’s new tower at 118 Mount Street, Graham acted for the Zurich tenant entity, representing their interests as the anchor tenant in this new landmark tower.

Aaron Weigel

Senior Project Manager

Aaron is an experienced construction project manager with over 15 years in the industry. During his professional career he has developed a thorough understanding of all facets of project management required to exceed our clients’ needs and deliver exceptional outcomes. Aaron’s dynamic experience in high-end residential construction, insurance repairs, heritage listed property refurbishment, childcare centres, aged-cared facilities, warehouses, showrooms and retail buildings puts him in good stead to manage all projects across a range of sectors.

Aaron brings with him a passion for all aspects of construction and an attention to detail often sort out by our clients. His range of experience, commitment to problem solving by thinking outside the box and his genuine love of project management ensures that our client’s expectations are exceeded.

Aaron is responsible for leading the team through the successful delivery of the project and is accountable for all phases of the project lifecycle. This ranges from preliminary feasibility, initial design, value management, risk analysis, through to the delivery of construction documentation, appointment of the head contractor, and management of the project programme and budgets

Inger Ohlsson

Project Manager

Inger is an excellent project manager who diligently coordinates the client management, time management and administrative functions associated with project managing corporate office fitouts. Inger is responsible for the design and delivery of projects on time, to budget and to a high standard.

She is involved in coordinating all phases of the project development; ranging from the initial design phase through to construction and post-handover. This includes liaising with and management the various registers, minuting of meetings, chasing action items, client reporting and maintenance of quality assurance systems.

Amelia Cheever

Assistant Project Manager

With over 15 years experience in the design and construction industry, Amelia leads with a collaborative approach to all projects with a dedicated client focus. Because of her background in interior design, she possesses a strong eye for detail and a passion for each project. Amelia is adept at tracking and monitoring project schedules and budgets, ensuring deliverable deadlines are met.

Amelia has vast experience in the workplace, working on projects across various sectors of the industry, from Commonwealth Bank to the Commonwealth Parliament Offices at no.1 Bligh Street Previously working with national clients Telstra and the Department of Human Services, Amelia worked with the team to deliver their city and regional offices and branches across New South Wales.

Steve Panagoitidis

Assistant Project Manager

Steve is a current student of the Bachelor of Construction Technology at the University of Western Sydney, with proven experience in contracts administration, project coordination and remedial work. Steve began his experience working in high rise residential buildings where he learnt to develop strong relationships with subcontractors. He also learnt the defecting process and learnt to show appropriate judgement in managing defects.

Furthermore, Steve has been involved in high end homes that showcased vehicle turntables, gyms, cinemas and wine cellars. Steve has experience liaising with subcontractors, consultants and project managers to provide award winning developments such as The Albany, Crows Nest. This 3600m2 project consisted of 71 luxury apartments above a shopping centre that included a bank, hairdresser, restaurant, childcare and Coles supermarket.
