Located at 1 Farrer Place, this prestigious firm have secured a lease for the balance of the floor and part of a second level. The new office refurbishment will see a change in the way of working by moving to a more open workspace configuration with offices now positioned along the core, taking advantage of the harbour views and natural light. Their new space comprises of a formal reception, client refreshment area, client meeting spaces, collaborative team rooms, an intertenancy stair and staff café.
As an international law firm, this client has a vast range of stakeholders across the globe, all playing an integral part in creating a first class experience for their clients and a great workplace for their people. Acuity is engaged to provide project management services for the new Sydney office fit out which included the management of a rigorous design development and coordination process with the Global Head of Design, local Partners, global technology team, external vendors and other various stakeholders to align budget, functional requirements and architectural aspirations for the fitout.
Acuity established a program of regular briefing and coordination workshops with each workstream and developed a structured project governance system that enabled tracking of change management and clear and consistent reporting with all project stakeholders. In addition, Acuity collaborated early with the successful construction partner to provide buildability advice, cost options and risk advice to present back to the Steering Committee for informed decision making.
