IFM Investors is a leading global provider of investment services. When seeking out new premises for their Sydney head office in the iconic Grosvenor Place, IFM wanted to create a workplace where staff felt valued and empowered, while also celebrating the local design with global reach.
The client was in an existing static and allocated desk environment that took the workplace to an agile way of working.
The project celebrates local design with global reach and evokes a sense of warmth and calm through the use of sustainable Australian timbers. Greenery and spaces for wellbeing are a key focus, as well as spaces for being connected with teams and remote teams.
