Holding Redlich is a leading national law firm with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Cairns, providing legal services for clients of all sizes including many of Australia’s largest public and private companies and all levels of Government.
In 2021, Holding Redlich decided to refurbish its Sydney Premises, which included the relocation of all of its Sydney employees from Levels 65 – 67 to other parts of 25 Martin Place whilst construction works were undertaken.
Acuity was engaged by Holding Redlich to provide project management oversight of its Sydney Premises refurbishment project, which included management of the design team, as well as managing the interface between Holding Redlich and its head contractor, MPA.
Acuity also managed engagements with the asset owner Dexus, as the project included undertaking significant base building refurbishment works on behalf of Dexus.
Acuity established a structure project governance system from the very outset of the project that enabled clear and consistent reporting with all project stakeholders. Acuity carefully managed the budgeting and costs forecasts to ensure that Holding Redlich’s expectations were met throughout the project. Acuity ensured that the communications with Dexus were open and transparent given the complexities of constructing a new workplace in an operational building.
Acuity also directly managed the relocation of Holding Redlich employees, files and equipment which enable Acuity to deliver a seamless transition for Holding Redlich and its employees.
