The challenge

Acuity were engaged by the Landlord and EW Wealth to deliver the fit out. We were faced with time constraints and engaged Shape who had established a reputation for their delivery within the building.

Our solution

We sole sourced Shape and Sentio Studio and within a short period we had agreed revisions to the plans and finishes to meet the budget and lead time.

This is one of many projects which we recommended sole sourcing a builder and engaging them at concept stage to ensure the works are design appropriate to meet budget and manage the lead times of finishes and furniture.
