Having experienced significant growth in recent years, which has seen their headcount over triple in size, Coal LSL recognised that they required a new premises that would enable their team to work more effectively, while creating a space that strengthens staff engagement and satisfaction, all while optimising individual and organisational performance.
When Acuity were engaged to manage the design and construction of Coal LSL’s new office fit-out, some of the challenges included:

Acuity established weekly steering group meetings to ensure swift decisions and approvals were provided throughout all stages of the project along with daily oversight of the program and consultants. Strong governance management was a main focus and was integral to the seamless delivery of all facets of the construction.
