Nicola is an industry professional with over five years’ experience as a project manager working on commercial fit out, heritage, refurbishment, and education projects.
With a goal to continue building relevant project experience within the construction and property industries in a client-side project management/development manager position, Nicola already has a diverse array of experience including stakeholder management, design management and coordination, review and recommendation of Head Contractor variations, management of handovers and defects.
